If free will means that deity gives humans the opportunity to make choices that genuinely affect their destiny, then yes, human beings do have a free will. The worlds current sinful state is directly linked to choices made by Adam and Eve in the Garden of Eden.
God created mankind in His own image, and he gave them the ability to choose as we ar superior beings .
However, free will does not mean that humans can do anything they want .Our choices are limited as to our nature. For example, we may choose to walk crossways a bridge or not to walk crossways it, what we cannot choose is to fly over the bridge (as humans we cannot fly) our nature prevents us from flying.
We dont have free will. What we do is determined by what we want and need. What we want and need is determined by our genetics and upbringing. For instance a man steals bread, because he needs it to survive, he chose to seal because of the situation he was in.
